Launching a new stepped-phase housing development, the Client needed different sets of brochure collateral to clearly demonstrate plot layouts and building styles. Most importantly though it needed to look and feel impressive to reflect the high quality of the housing.
The print solution
NPM worked closely with the Client to ensure that we came up with the most cost effective yet impactful formats. We advised on high quality stocks and created a luxurious finished piece by using different printing techniques such as foil blocking and embossing. As quality of the print and finishing was key, NPM ensured the job was press passed at every stage. The result was a high quality brochure which truly reflected the prestigious development.
As well as the main brochure, we printed their individual house plan details which were well placed to fit inside the sales advisors product wallet, hence aiding them to sell relevant properties to their customers more effectively.
